A Major Band

According to Stuart Maconie on Radio 2, next year’s Glastonbury Festival will feature the return of a major band who have not played together for thirty five years. This is a teaser released by Michael Eavis and nobody knows who it is yet. Mr Maconie is reckoning it might be Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young. A pal of mine reckons Free, but I wouldn’t say they were a major band. My money’s on either Genesis reunited with Peter Gabriel or Roxy Music reunited with Brian Eno.

Some slight (but not shite) site updates.
From September, this website now accepts gravatars. I like gravatars, although try explaining what they are to somebody who doesn’t “do” blogs and they will think you’re insane. Or at least need to get out more.
Terminology you Might Just Understand

I recently watched a television documentary on the great Samuel Johnson. Although generally an excellent programme, I was annoyed with some of the terminology used. Terminology that equated everything with the web and computers.
